Vision Eleven
A vision for a world in peace.
We live in a world of extraordinary knowledge and possibility, yet we still struggle to protect our oceans and forests, restore space for wildlife, prevent conflict, and create stable and harmonious societies.
Vision Eleven begins with a simple idea: if the systems we have inherited cannot solve these problems well enough, we should be willing to design better ones.
It is author Jeppe Nielsen's vision for a future society — not capitalism, socialism or communism, but a new framework drawing from many different ideas. At its core is Direct Democracy: turning the political hierarchy upside down, so that power begins with citizens and institutions serve the people.
Vision Eleven is an independent alternative to futures designed from the top down. It is not a fixed global blueprint, but a source of inspiration that can — and should — be adapted differently by countries, regions and cultures, preserving political and cultural diversity around the world.
